Starting with the classic antipasit, or appetizers, enjoyed throughout the centuries by noble and commoners alike, you will be served an assortment locally produced cheeses, breads, patès and seasonal fruits and vegetables.

The traditional Italian meal includes one or more pasta dishes after the antipasto. Our tour offers three pasta dishes that vary according to the season.

Following the pasta course, the main course features locally grown meat, fish or fowl dishes. Vegetarian alternatives also are available.

Finally, your meal ends with a classic Italian dessert, prepared by one of the highest rated pastry chefs in the area.

Each course is accompanied by an appropriate wine, as selected by our sommelier.
